A Palm Beach County resident for more than 40 years, Adelqui Benavente's focus is on personal injury, wrongful death, products liability and medical malpractice cases. He has nearly two decades of experience as a paralegal/investigator helping the injured. Benavente previously served as a claims specialist/negotiator with Allstate Insurance Company for Palm Beach County. He has extensive experience investigating and providing litigation support, especially in personal injury and wrongful death claims. Fluent in Spanish and English, Benavente is proud of his worth with South Florida's Hispanic community. He is a member of the Paralegal Association of Florida, Palm Beach County Justice Association, Florida Justice Association, Plaintiff's Paralegal Association of Palm Beach County, National Association of Legal Assistants, Palm Beach County Literacy Coalition, and the Cuban American Club. Benavente received his B.S. in International Affairs and Economics in 1987.
Betty Stokes, Florida Registered Paralegal
Betty Stokes joined the firm in 2004 and has more than three decades of legal experience in several different areas of law. She focuses primarily on complex commercial litigation, personal injury, and employment and insurance company bad faith cases. She is a member of the Palm Beach County Justice Association. Stokes attended Northeastern Illinois University in Chicago.
